Check in:

Nancy’s Vibrational Healing Sound’s asks that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Nancy will do her best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

 

Payment:

Payment for a session is due at the beginning of the appointment. Acceptable payment options for Nancy’s Vibrational Healing Sound’s services are cash, and credits cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

Packages must be paid for in advance and in full, prior to services being given in order to receive package discount.

 

Refunds:

We  do not offer refunds on services, sound baths, and gift certificates. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

Cancellation policies and fees:

Should  you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions with 24 business hours notice, may be made up within 14 days. (Business hours are defined as Monday through Friday 10:30am-6:30pm, Saturday, 10am-2pm)

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Nancy’s Vibrational Healing Sounds will do its best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when scheduling your appointment.

 

Gift Certificate Policy:

If you are unable to pick up your gift certificate Nancy’s Vibrational Healing Sounds will mail your gift certificate to you.by

Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.

 

Personal Belongings:

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Nancy’s Vibrational Healing Sounds is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
